How does it fit?
It’s a relaxed, cozy fit. If you’re between sizes, size up. Check the size chart on the product page for exact measurements.
What sizes do you have?
S, M, L and XL.
Is it shorts length?
Yes. It’s a romper with shorts-length legs, a full zip and a bear-ear hood.
The romper
What’s it made of?
Thick plush cable-knit fleece on the outside with a soft brushed lining inside.
Is it warm?
Very. It’s made for cold nights, movie marathons and lazy weekends.
What’s the difference between the houses?
Each house has its own colors on the hood lining, ears, bow and striped cuffs, plus its own crest on the chest:
- Gryffindor: scarlet and gold
- Slytherin: emerald and silver
- Ravenclaw: blue and bronze
- Hufflepuff: yellow and black
Does the bow dig in when I sit?
No. It’s a flat plush bow sewn onto the back, so it stays comfy.
Can I wash it?
Machine wash cold on gentle, inside out. Lay flat or tumble dry low, and don’t iron.

Can I mix houses in a bundle?
Yes. Pick a different house and size for each romper in Buy 2, 3 or 4.
How do bundle discounts work?
Buy 2 saves 10%, Buy 3 saves 15% and Buy 4 saves 20%. The discount applies automatically in your cart.
Do you have a discount code?
Use WIZARD10 for 10% off. It doesn’t stack with bundle discounts, so you’ll get whichever saves you more.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days, then usually arrive in 7–12 business days in the US.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 3 for delivery before Christmas.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What’s Shipping Protection?
If your order gets lost, stolen or damaged in the mail, we’ll send a new one for free.

Returns & help
What if it doesn’t fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return it.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo and we’ll make it right. No need to send it back.
What’s the 30-Day Warranty?
If anything goes wrong with your romper in the first 30 days, like a broken zipper or a seam coming apart, we’ll replace it.
